Our deep fried chicken sandwich is a chicken breast marinated in a seasoned buttermilk for 24 hours. It is then fried, placed on a light bed of cropped lettuce, a thinly sliced tomato, Muenster sliced cheese, “Not So Basic” sauce, in between a toasted artisan bun.
